Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective: 24 June 2026 · DVP Systems Kft.

In short

SimpliFleet and SimpliTime can be tried free for 60 days, with no credit card — so you can decide whether the software is right for you before you pay anything. When the trial ends, access is suspended automatically; there is no automatic billing.

The service is available to businesses (B2B) only, so the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers does not apply. Subscription fees already paid are not refunded, but the service stays available until the end of the period you paid for.

1. What this policy covers

This policy summarises, in plain language, the cancellation and refund rules for DVP Systems Kft.'s (the "Provider") SimpliFleet and SimpliTime subscriptions. The full terms are set out in the General Terms and Conditions; in the event of any conflict, the Terms prevail.

The service is available only to business organisations and sole traders (B2B).

2. 60-day free trial

After signing up, you can use the system free for 60 days, with no credit card and no obligation. We don't ask for payment during the trial, so cancelling the trial doesn't involve any refund.

When the trial ends, access is suspended automatically — there is no automatic conversion to a paid subscription. You only have a payment obligation if you actively choose a plan after the trial.

3. No consumer right of withdrawal (B2B)

Because the service is used by businesses for business purposes only, the user is not a consumer. The 14-day right of withdrawal for contracts between a consumer and a business (Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.)) therefore does not apply.

4. Refunds of subscription fees

Subscription fees already paid are not refunded. If you terminate, the fee you paid still entitles you to use the service until the end of the current subscription period; there is no pro-rata refund for the remaining time.

Since you can explore the full functionality during the trial, starting a paid subscription means you have found the service suitable.

5. Annual, prepaid subscription

If an annual, prepaid subscription is terminated early, there is no refund for the remaining months; the service stays available until the end of the annual period you paid for. The discount for the annual subscription was set taking this into account.

6. Cancellation (termination)

You can terminate the subscription in writing with no lock-in, on 30 days' notice, at sales@dvp.systems. Termination takes effect at the end of the current subscription period.

For 30 days after the contract ends, you can request an export of your data (CSV, XLSX, JSON); after that, the data is deleted, taking statutory retention obligations into account.

7. Billing errors or double charges

If there has been a billing error, an incorrect amount or a double charge, we will refund or credit it up to the amount charged in error. Please let us know within 30 days of the invoice date at sales@dvp.systems.

8. Service downtime (SLA credit)

If the guaranteed availability (99.5% annual SLA) is not met, you are entitled to the service credit set out in the Terms, which is the single and exclusive remedy for direct damages relating to downtime. The credit appears on your next monthly invoice and is not paid as a cash refund.

9. How and when refunds are made

Approved refunds are made by bank transfer, to the same bank account the payment came from, within 14 calendar days of approval.
