DVP Systems Kft. builds and runs two web-based business systems of its own for Hungarian small and medium-sized companies. The same team writes the code, maintains the servers and answers the support requests.

SimpliTime is a web-based working-time, absence and payroll-preparation system, primarily for companies with 5–200 employees — not a full payroll application. SimpliFleet is a web-based fleet administration system, primarily for small and medium-sized company fleets — not a GPS tracker. Both run on EU servers, with a 60-day free trial and no card details required.

We are not building an all-in-one platform. These are two separate systems that take over clearly defined administrative work — and whose limits are just as clearly stated.

SimpliTime · working time

A web-based working-time, absence and payroll-preparation system, primarily for Hungarian companies with 5–200 employees.

A web-based fleet administration system for company vehicles, drivers, documents, expiry dates, maintenance, costs and trips, primarily for small and medium-sized company fleets.

Is there a mobile app for the DVP Systems products?
There is currently no dedicated app-store application. Both SimpliFleet and SimpliTime are responsive web apps that work from a mobile browser too, with nothing to install.
How can I try the DVP Systems software?

Where is the data stored, and how does the system relate to the GDPR?
Data is stored on EU cloud infrastructure with TLS 1.3 encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest, with daily backups kept for 30 days. The system supports the handling of personal data with GDPR-aware technical and organisational measures. What is a completion certificate (TIG), and what does SimpliFleet do with it?
A completion certificate can help document performance between the parties and may form part of the invoicing, accounting or internal approval process. The exact documentation requirements depend on the contract and the circumstances of the given transaction. SimpliFleet produces the completion certificate document from the recorded trip and project data, so it does not have to be assembled by hand.
