Where is the data stored? Is it GDPR-compliant?
The data is stored on EU servers (Frankfurt/Vienna), with TLS 1.3 + AES-256 encryption. The system is GDPR-aware, with daily backups and a 30-day retention period. 99.5% availability SLA. Infrastructure details →
Is there a mobile app?
There is currently no dedicated mobile app. Both systems are a responsive web appthat also works comfortably from a mobile browser, with no installation.
What is a TIG and why does it matter?
The TIG (Teljesítésigazolás – Performance Certificate) is a mandatory document, checked by the Hungarian tax authority (NAV), that certifies the completion of transport jobs. Based on the recorded trip data, SimpliFleet automatically generates TIG documents designed to meet NAV requirements, and warns you 30 days before expiry.
