For existing customers
If you already use one of the systems, send support requests to the same email address. Response times for fault reports are set out in the Terms of Service: within 4 hours for critical faults, 24 working hours for medium severity and 5 working days for low priority.
Try it
60-day free trial
Both systems can be tried free of charge for 60 days, with no card details required. There is no automatic billing after the trial — you either pick a plan by agreement, or the account is closed.
