The company behind SimpliTime and SimpliFleet
We are a Hungarian software company. We build and run two systems of our own for Hungarian small and medium-sized businesses — from the code to the support desk, it is the same team.
Two systems, one team
DVP Systems Kft. is a Hungarian software company. We build and run two web-based business systems for Hungarian small and medium-sized companies: SimpliTime for working-time records and SimpliFleet for fleet administration.
We own both products outright. The same team writes the code, runs the servers and answers support requests — there is no reseller chain or foreign parent company between the software and the customer.

Narrow focus, explicit limits
We are not building an all-in-one ERP. These are two separate systems that take over clearly defined administrative work — and we state their limits just as clearly, including on the product sites:
- SimpliTime is not a full payroll application. It supports recording, approving, reviewing and preparing working-time data for payroll.
- SimpliFleet is not a GPS tracking system. It handles the back-office administration around vehicles; live vehicle tracking needs a separate telematics service.
Development targets the Hungarian legal and accounting environment: Hungarian work schedules and public holidays, Hungarian-language interface and Hungarian-language support. The interface is available in both Hungarian and English.

Companies with 5–200 employees
For companies where working hours, overtime and leave still live in spreadsheets or on paper, and someone has to add it all up by hand before the monthly close.

Not a full payroll application. With tailored processes and the Bérkontroll plan, larger organisations of up to 500 people can also be served.

We run both systems ourselves on EU cloud infrastructure, with daily backups and encrypted transport. The infrastructure and data-handling details are on the Security page.
Support is provided in Hungarian, by email and phone. Contractual availability and response-time commitments are set out in the Terms of Service.
These systems support company administration and help you build processes in line with the applicable rules, but using them does not replace legal, employment-law, tax, accounting or payroll advice.
