How long does setup take?
The basic setup takes 5 minutes: sign up, enter company details, add your vehicles. During the free onboarding, our colleague helps import your existing data. Every feature is available from day one, including TIG generation.
What is a TIG and why is it mandatory?
A TIG (performance certificate) is a mandatory document required by the Hungarian tax authority (NAV) for operating goods vehicles in Hungary. From the recorded trip data, SimpliFleet automatically generates TIG documents designed to meet NAV requirements, and warns you by email 30 days before expiry.
Do I need a credit card to start the 60-day trial?
No. The 60-day trial starts with no credit card and no obligation. You get your first payment request only after the trial ends — until then you pay nothing.
How is SimpliFleet different from Simply Fleet or Fleetio?
SimpliFleet is the only fleet manager that offers native Hungarian, VAT handling, TIG generation designed to meet NAV requirements, and project-based time tracking. Simply Fleet and Fleetio are English-language, store data in the USA, and do not support Hungary's mandatory documents. Data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt) — an important difference for GDPR.
What reports and documents does the system generate?
SimpliFleet automatically generates: TIG (performance certificate) PDFs, order sheet PDFs, a payroll report for your accountant, a fuel-log statement (l/100km), and a project-based working-time summary. These documents can also be used for reconciliation with your accountant and to prepare for inspections.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
